Masala Lassi Recipe

Masala Lassi – a refreshing and rejuvenating flavoured buttermilk. This mildly spiced yogurt drink perfect to cool off on hot summer days.

Masala Lassi is an essential part of everyday meals in most North Indian households regardless of the weather. Lassi is an ideal option to finish off old yogurt.

Among various lassi varieties, Rose Lassi, Mango Lassi and masala lassi are most preferred in many households in India as it is prepared with few ingredients that are readily available in a kitchen pantry at any time.

Lassi is considered as soothing beverage during the summer. It is a thirst quencher in summer and has the ability to rehydrate your body when it’s hot outside.
