Masala Lassi

Masala Lassi is a refreshing and rejuvenating beverage prepared by blending yogurt with mint and Indian spices.
Among various lassi varieties masala lassi is most preferred in many households in India as it is prepared with few ingredients, readily available in kitchen pantry at any time and is considered healthy and soothing beverage during summer.
Here is a gluten free, nut free healthy lassi recipe with step by step photos and videos.

Gluten free, Nut free,

    1 Cup = 240ml

    • 1 cup Yogurt
    • 1/2 cup Water
    • As Required Salt
    • 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder
    • 2 tbsp Mint
    • 1 tbsp Ginger roughly chopped
    • 1 tbsp Coriander roughly chopped


    • Add yogurt, salt, coriander, mint, ginger,roasted cumin powder in a blender. 
    • Now blend until well combined. Refrigerate for around 3 hours.
    • Enjoy mildly spiced healthy and soothing Masala Lassi...



    Add water as per your preferred consistency.
    Add pepper powder/green chilli if you prefer spicy lassi.
