Substitutions and Variations

Sweetener: Try maple syrup or agave syrup instead of honey.

Ice: Add ice cubes to the glass before pouring the juice to serve it chilled.

Mint: A sprig of mint leaves enhances the flavour of the juice.

Storage

Fresh orange carrot ginger juice tastes best when consumed immediately after making it. But the leftover juice can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a day.

Tips and Tricks

High-Speed Blender or Juicer: Use a high-speed blender or juicer to make the process quicker.

Adjust Ginger: Adjust the amount of ginger to suit your preference. Since it has a strong flavour, start with a small piece, taste and add more only if necessary.

Peel: Do not skip peeling carrots, ginger and oranges as it can affect the taste of juice.
