Place orange wedges, chopped carrot, honey and ginger in the blender.
2 Teaspoons Honey
Add a little water and blend until smooth.
½ Cup Water
Place a fine mesh strainer over a bowl or container.
Pour the juice over a strainer, using the back of the spoon press the pulp to extract maximum juice.
Pour the juice into glasses and serve.
