Jump to:
As the entire pack of grapes was sour, I decided to make this juice. I added a tiny bit of ginger to minimise the sour taste and to add subtle spice to the juice.
I prefer to juice fruits when I have a lot of them in the fridge that will eventually go bad as no one wants to eat or if the fruits are sour. Otherwise, my family prefers to eat whole fruits for maximum health benefits.

Substitutions and Variations
Sweetener: You could use honey, agave syrup or any other sweetener of your choice instead of maple syrup.
Storage
Green grape juice tastes best when freshly made. But leftover juice can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. Ensure to refrigerate in an airtight container as quickly as possible to minimise the oxidation process which would otherwise cause discolouration.
Tips and Tricks
Water: Adjust the amount of water to get your preferred consistency.
Sweetener: Adjust maple syrup based on how sour the grape are and how sweet you want your juice to be.
Extract Juice: Press as hard as possible with the back of the spoon to extract maximum juice.
