Wash the green grapes thoroughly under cold running water.
1.5 Cups Green Grapes
Add the cold water, washed grapes, ginger and maple syrup to the blender.
1 Cup Water, 2 Teaspoons Maple Syrup, 1 Teaspoon Fresh Ginger
Blend it until you achieve a smooth consistency.
Place a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth over a large bowl or pitcher.
Pour the blended juice through the strainer, press down with a spoon to extract as much juice as possible and remove the pulp.
Pour the juice into glasses over ice cubes.
Garnish with a sprig of mint.
