Storage

This yogurt fruit dip disappears quickly at my home. But I’m sure it stays good for 6-7 days in the fridge if covered properly and stored. However, the yogurt dip may separate a little in the fridge and that’s absolutely normal. Just give it a good stir before serving.

Ingredients

Yogurt: I’ve used natural plain full-fat yogurt because it is creamier. But feel free to use low-fat yogurt or any flavoured yogurt.

Sweetener: Honey has been used here as it blends well with full fat yogurt. Feel free to use any healthy sweeteners such as maple syrup, agave nectar, coconut sugar.

Vanilla Extract: For extra flavour I’ve used vanilla extract. You could use any flavour of your choice. Skip it if you use fruit-flavoured yogurt or vanilla yogurt.

Cinnamon: A little ground cinnamon is just enough to add a lovely warm spicy flavour.
