Ingredients
Strawberries: Only frozen strawberries works in this recipe. It doesn't really matter whether it's store-bought or flash-frozen at home.
Yogurt: Either full fat plain or greek yogurt works best. You could use low-fat or nonfat yogurt but you may not get as creamy and fluffy texture as you could achieve with full-fat yogurt.
Sweetener: I've used honey, but feel free to use any healthy sweetener - maple syrup, agave nectar. You may skip sweetener if you prefer tart frozen yogurt.
Lemon Juice (optional): A dash of lemon/lime juice enhances and brings out the true flavour of strawberry frozen yogurt.

How to make frozen strawberry yogurt without ice cream machine?
Add strawberries, honey, yogurt, lime juice in a blender and blend for 5 minutes or little more until smooth and creamy.
At this stage, the frozen yogurt resembles the soft-serve ice cream consistency. If your child likes it soft then serve immediately.
If you like it to be a little firm then transfer it to a storage container and keep in the freezer to set for 1 to 2 hours depending on how firm you want your frozen yogurt to be.
Take out the container from freezer and scoop out the frozen strawberry yogurt into a bowl and enjoy it.
Tips and Tricks
Do not use refined sugar in this recipe as it forms crystals and hardens strawberry yogurt when you freeze.
Lime juice enhances the flavour of this frozen strawberry dessert. You may skip it if you don't like it.
Adjust honey to suit your personal taste.
Do not use ordinary blender as they are likely not powerful enough to blend the frozen fruit. Either a food processor or a heavy-duty blender works great.
Fresh strawberries can be used in place of frozen ones. However, the fresh strawberries must be frozen solid.
Do not blend fresh strawberries with yogurt, It's more like freezing a smoothie. Blended fresh fruit will have a dense texture upon freezing, unlike frozen fruit which has a smooth and perfectly fluffy texture.
