Nuts and Seeds: Add nuts or seeds like sunflower seeds or sliced almonds for extra crunch and nutrition.
Flatbread: I used homemade chapati but you could use tortilla instead.
Vegetables: Try different vegetables such as boiled corn, red onion or cabbage.

Storage
These creamy vegetable wraps are perfect to add to meal plans. Chop all veggies and put them in separate containers and keep them in the fridge.
Prepare spicy yogurt sauce in advance and store it in a container in the fridge.
If you have chapati on hand, it only takes a few minutes to prepare the filling and make a wrap when you're ready to make it.
Tips and Tricks
Don’t Overfill: Overstuffing can make wrapping difficult and messy.
Season the sauce: Remember that hot sauces usually have some salt in them, so taste first before adding more.
Deseed Vegetables: Make sure to remove the seeds from veggies like tomatoes and cucumbers to prevent excess moisture from ruining the wraps.
FAQ
Slightly warm the tortilla in a pan or microwave to make it more pliable and easy to wrap.
