¼ Cup Cucumber, ¼ Cup Carrot, 2 Tablespoons Tomato, 1 Tablespoon Yellow Bell Pepper (Capsicum), 1 Tablespoon Red Bell Pepper (Capsicum), 1 Tablespoon Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum), ¼ Cup Spinach, 4 Tablespoons Spicy Yogurt Sauce, Salt (optional), Black Pepper Powder
