Step 1: Melt the butter in a steel pan over medium heat.

Step 2: Add maple syrup and stir until it blends well with butter.

Step 3: Place the nectarines with cut side down in the pan.

1 Cup = 250ml ; 1 Tablespoon = 15ml ; 1 Teaspoon = 5ml
- 3 nectarines wash, cut each into half and remove stone
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
Instructions
- Melt the 1 tablespoon unsalted butter in a steel pan over medium heat.1 tablespoon unsalted butter

- Fry for 6-8 minutes until they become slightly soft and tender.
