Notes
Nectarines: Choose sweet, ripe but firm nectarines as they hold shape and texture well.Sweetner: Adjust maple syrup depending on the sweetness and ripeness of nectarines.Frying: Pan fry them over medium heat. Cooking on high heat can burn the fruit and butter mixture instead of allowing it to caramelise properly.Cooking Time: The time needed to turn nectarines tender depends on the heat level and how ripe they are. Slightly underripe nectarines take longer to cook than fully ripe ones.** Nutritional information provided here is estimated and for guidance only. Please refer my Recipe Disclaimer for more details.
