My older daughter filled the ice cube cavities with melted chocolate and peanut butter, while my toddler enjoyed putting banana slices inside.
We used it as an opportunity to teach our little one to count the number of cavities of ice cube mold, taking turns and being patient while chocolate banana bites set in the freezer.

Keep younger children away from the microwave, and make sure older children handle the microwave with care as the bowl in which chocolate has been melted could be hot.
Make sure that you supervise kids when they are using the oven. Check out the recipe and safety disclaimer for more details.

Storage
Store the frozen chocolate covered peanut butter banana bites in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a few weeks. If stacking the bites, place parchment paper between layers to prevent them from sticking together.
