Substitutions and Variations
Vegan: Replace plain dairy yogurt with coconut yogurt.
Flavour: Try cardamom or vanilla extract instead of cinnamon for flavour variation.
Granola: Add coconut granola, banana granola or chocolate granola on top for extra crunch.
Storage
Once the berry yogurt bites are frozen, transfer them into an airtight container or a resealable freezer bag. You can store them for up to 2 months.
Tips and Tricks
Yogurt: Full-fat plain yogurt is the best option as it gives a rich, smooth texture.
Berries: Use fresh berries that are in season for the best flavour.
Silicone Cases: Use reusable silicone cases as they are easier to pop out the frozen bites.
Mini Treat: Use mini cupcake cases and a tin to make it a bite-sized treat and easy for young kids to hold and enjoy.
