Frozen Berry Yogurt Bites – a refined sugar-free, easy, and tasty treat made with just a few ingredients. Perfect as an after-school snack or summer treat.
In a bowl, combine yogurt, maple syrup and cinnamon. Check the taste and add more sweetener if required.
400 gms Plain Yogurt, 3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup, ½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
Set it aside to use later.
Place cupcake cases into each mould of the cupcake baking pan.
Spoon the prepared yogurt mixture into the cases.
Top each cupcake case with a blueberry, a blackberry and a slice of strawberry.
5-6 Strawberries, 24 Blueberries, 24 Blackberries
Place the cupcake baking pan in the freezer for up to 5-6 hours.
Enjoy the delicious and healthy frozen berry yogurt bites anytime. Store the remaining in the freezer.
