Tips and Tricks
The key part in achieving the perfect fudge with the right consistency is to have a 1:1 ratio of white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk or use a little more chocolate. More condensed milk than chocolate would make it difficult for the fudge to set no matter how long you keep it in the fridge. The fudge would be softer and you may find it difficult to cut into proper squares.
Lining a baking pan with parchment paper helps less mess and cleaning later.
Ensure the mixture is at room temperature before storing the pan in the fridge for the fudge to set.
