This delicious white chocolate cranberry fudge is an easy treat to put together quickly with just 4 ingredients. All you need is a bowl, microwave, spatula and a 9-inch baking dish. These gluten-free treats make a great homemade edible gift during the festive season.

This easy white chocolate fudge is ridiculously easy to make in absolutely no time. The flavours can be customised with endless additional options.

Cranberry fudge is an easy no bake easy recipe made with just a few ingredients like my chocolate date energy balls, coconut date balls, oatmeal energy balls, coconut milk custard, strawberry frozen yogurt, strawberry yogurt bark to have on hand to satisfy those sweet cravings.

    Ingredients

    • White Chocolate: I use white cooking chocolate. Feel free to use chocolate chips.
    • Dried Cranberries: I use dried cranberries. You could use frozen as well.
    • Sweetened Condensed Milk:
    • Vanilla Extract: It adds a lovely flavour and enhances the taste of cranberry fudge. You could skip it or use any other flavour extract of your choice.

See the recipe card for quantities.

    Instructions

Line baking dish with baking/parchment paper.

    1. Place the chopped white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl.

    2. Put the bowl in a microwave and heat for 1-2 minutes stirring every 30 sec until the chocolate melts.

    3. Now stir in the cranberries until well combined.

    4. Pour the mixture into the lined baking dish, spread it evenly with the spatula. Tap the baking dish a few times on the counter to remove unwanted air bubbles.

Place the baking dish in the fridge for 2-3 hours or until the fudge sets.

Once the white fudge is set, take the baking dish out of the fridge.

Gently remove the baking paper from the baking dish and cut the condensed milk fudge into equal squares.

Store the white chocolate fudge with cranberries in an airtight container.

    Variations

To make white chocolate condensed milk fudge with nuts, just add one or a combination of pistachios, almonds or walnuts.

Make a white chocolate fudge recipe more interesting by adding dried fruits such as apricots and raisins for extra flavour.

The toasted desiccated coconut added to the white fudge recipe will give a nutty flavour and aroma.

    Storage

These treats can be kept for up to a week when stored in an airtight container on a countertop.

You can store them in a fridge for up to two weeks.

These cranberry fudge can be stored in a freezer for up to 2 months. Keep them in a freezer-safe container or zip lock bags with each fudge wrapped in parchment/baking paper or in a cling wrap.

    Serving Suggestions

This cranberry fudge is a lovely dessert to finish the meal.

It is a great simple treat to have on hand to satisfy sweet cravings at unusual times.

It is a fabulous dessert or snack to have on a party menu or to take to potlucks.

These delicious no bake fudge served with a cup of homemade hot chocolate would be a double treat for chocolate lovers.

    Top tip

The key part in achieving the perfect fudge with the right consistency is to have a 1:1 ratio of white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk or use a little more chocolate. More condensed milk than chocolate would make it difficult for the fudge to set no matter how long you keep it in the fridge. The fudge would be softer and you may find it difficult to cut into proper squares.
