Substitutions and Variations
Cream Base: If you prefer creamy sauce, add cream cheese or single cream.
Herbs: Mix in fresh parsley or basil for extra flavour.
Dairy Free: Use coconut milk or plant based cheese instead of cheddar.
Storage
Broccoli peas pasta tastes best when freshly prepared. However, leftover pasta keeps well in the fridge for up to 3 days if stored in an airtight container.
Reheat: Place the desired portion in a heatproof bowl and reheat in the microwave until piping hot before serving.
Tips and Tricks
Olive Oil: Use extra virgin olive oil for rich flavour and taste.
Don't Overcook: Cook pasta as per packet instructions until al dente.
Fresh Ingredients: Use fresh broccoli for a fresh taste.
