Yogurt Granola Parfait (Video Recipe)

Yogurt Granola Parfait – a super easy, simple and incredibly delicious snack made with yogurt, granola and fresh fruits. These parfait recipes can be made in about 5 minutes or less and it’s a great option as a snack or light breakfast.

Parfaits make a perfectly healthy breakfast, snack or ideal summer dessert. Great as make-ahead dish to serve guests at parties.

Yogurt Granola Parfait recipe variations

Make parfait more interesting by replacing plain yogurt with flavoured yogurt such as vanilla yogurt, strawberry yogurt.

You can add any colourful fruits such as strawberries, blueberries, apricots, cherries, pineapples, persimmons or any melons.

Add some walnuts or toasted peanuts to give an extra crunchy texture to your parfait.

Ingredients to make Yogurt Granola Parfait

Yogurt: I’ve used plain greek yogurt.

Granola: Store-bought granola has been used in this recipe.

Fruits: I’ve used apple, pomegranate, banana and black grapes.

Instructions

Place yogurt at the bottom of the glass, add granola as the second layer.process of making yogurt granola parfait.

Drizzle honey and top with fruits.

Tips to make the best parfait

This recipe has no fixed measurements, add ingredients to suit your taste buds.

You could substitute honey with maple syrup, coconut sugar, brown sugar or any healthy sweetener as per your requirement.

Do not let parfait to sit long as the granola tends to become soggy. Assemble parfait just before you serve to keep granola crunchy.

Homemade healthy granola can be substituted for store-bought ones.

Ingredients

1 cup = 150ml ; 1 tbsp = 15ml

  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Granola
  • 1 small Apple chopped
  • handful Black Grapes
  • 1 large Banana chopped
  • handful Pomegranate

Instructions

  • Place yogurt at the bottom of glass, add granola as second layer and top with chopped fruits.
  • Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used up or until the glass is full.
  • On top of final granola layer drizzle some honey and top with rest of the fruits.
  • Serve parfait immediately!
