The best part of this recipe is the strawberry honey I used from the brand Wild Forest Remedies. It’s smooth, naturally sweet and strawberry twist makes it feel like a treat rather than healthy. My younger kid never really liked honey due to its strong aroma. It’s usually been a struggle to include it in his food. But this strawberry honey turned out to be different.
The strawberry flavour blends perfectly with honey and masks intense natural aroma of honey, making it much more enjoyable. Check out Wild Forest Remedies for strawberry flavoured honey that I used in this recipe.

Seeds: Pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds make a healthy addition.

Tips And Tricks
Ingredients: This recipe has no fixed measurements, add ingredients to suit your child’s taste buds and the size of the jar/container you use.
Filled Jar: Do not let the parfait sit long, as the granola and almonds tend to become soggy. Assemble parfait just before you’re ready to serve to keep granola and nuts crunchy.
Layers: Let kids decide the layers and build their own parfait to make it a fun activity.
Containers: Use clear glasses or jars to show the colourful layers.
