Watermelon salad without feta cheese is a refreshing and flavourful summer salad made with few ingredients, minimal efforts and in just 5 minutes! A colourful salad that is healthy, oil free, gluten free and vegan.
In a large bowl, combine watermelon cubes, mint, lime juice, almonds, salt and pepper.
540 gms (or) 3 cups Watermelon, handful Mint leaves, 50 gms (or) 1/3 cup Almonds, Lime juice , Salt, Crushed black pepper
Toss until everything is well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve immediately.
Notes
