Fruity, creamy and utterly irresistible watermelon coconut milk cooler is a summer essential perfect to have at summer parties, backyard gatherings or just to quench thirst on hot days. It is dairy free 3 ingredient drink that gets ready in 10 mins.
Place chopped 750 gms (or) 4 cups watermelon in blender. Add 2 tablespoons maple syrup and blend until smooth.

Place a few ice cubes in a serving glass, pour fresh watermelon juice and top it off with coconut milk. Stir well to combine.
