Notes
Texture: We simply used a potato masher to mash the strawberries as we prefer some chunks of strawberries. For a smooth texture, process the strawberries in a blender until they are smooth.Freezing: Place the popsicles in the freezer for a minimum of 4–6 hours or overnight to make sure they are completely frozen.Sweetness: If you use seasonal, fresh, juicy strawberries, there's no need to add any sweetener. However, if the strawberries are less sweet and more tart, stir in some maple syrup into mashed strawberries.** Nutritional information provided here is estimated and for guidance only. Please refer myRecipe Disclaimerfor more details.
