Notes
Shape laddus: The mixture firms up as it cools, so try shaping laddus while the mixture is still warm. If it cools down before you finish shaping, briefly heat it to loosen it again and continue shaping.Too wet mixture: If the mixture feels too wet or sticky and difficult to shape, stir in extra roasted semolina to get the right consistency.Too dry mixture: If the mixture feels too dry, add condensed milk, a teaspoon at a time until it reaches the desired consistency.Grease palm: Grease your palm with ghee or oil to prevent the mixture from sticking.** Nutritional information provided here is estimated and for guidance only.
