Notes
Use chilled water and pineapple for refreshing and chilled juice on hot summer days. Alternatively, add ice cubes to the glass of juice before you serve.Freshly squeezed lemon juice or lime juice enhances the taste of the juice, so try not to skip it. Sweet pineapple yields the best-tasting juice. Try not to use too much sour fruit. You could use a juicer or blender but make sure to process until smooth.Filter juice through the fine sieve to remove the pulp. However, this is an optional step. Consider it if you would like your juice to be clear without any pulp. Add just enough water to help the blending process. Add 1/4 cup water at a time and gradually add more if required. ** Nutritional information provided here is estimated and for guidance only. Please refer myRecipe Disclaimerfor more details.
