Orange Chocolate Energy Balls - Decadent bite-sized treat perfect for those sweet cravings without the oven fuss. These no-bake energy balls are easy to make with minimal ingredients and procedures. All you need is a food processor, 5 simple ingredients and 10 minutes.
Place oats, dates, cocoa powder, orange zest and juice in a food processor container.
50 gms Oats, 150 gms Seedless Dates, 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder, ½ Teaspoon Orange Zest, 2 medium Oranges
Pulse until the ingredients combine well and come together.
Grease your palms with oil.
Scoop out a portion of the mixture using a tablespoon and shape it into a ball.
Roll each ball in cocoa powder and place it on a lined baking sheet.
Continue the process until you finish the mixture.
Notes
Wet Mixture: If you think the mixture is too wet, you can add dry ingredients such as flax meal or oats to help the mixture firm up.
