Fig energy balls - a healthy sweet treat made with 6 ingredients and comes together in less than 20 minutes. Perfect as a post-workout or afterschool snack.
Scoop out a portion using a tablespoon or an ice cream scoop, depending on your desired size and roll it into a ball.
Place rolled balls on a lined baking sheet.
Roll each ball in a plate of chopped almonds to coat.
Shape the remaining mixture into balls, roll them in almonds to coat and arrange them on a lined baking sheet.
Chill them in the fridge for at least an hour to set.
Enjoy delicious no bake fig energy balls. Store the remaining in a jar.

Sticky Sweeteners: Dates work well as a sweetener and to bind the ingredients together.
