Mango overnight oats - an incredibly easy to make breakfast and an easy way to start the busy day. Delicious overnight oats flavoured with mango pulp and topped with raisins and nuts makes a great breakfast that doesn't require cooking on mornings. All it needs is just a few minutes to assemble soaked oats, mango pulp and toppings.
Combine oats, milk, vanilla extract and ground cinnamon in a jar, mix well, close the lid and store in the fridge overnight.
½ cup Oats, ½ cup Milk, ¼ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon, ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Next morning or whenever you plan to eat it, take the jar out of the fridge.
To assemble, place the spoonful of soaked oats at the bottom of glass or bowl.
Spread the mango pulp as the second layer.
½ cup Mango Pulp
Make the layers with soaked oats and mango pulp until the top of the glass.
Top up the last layer with chopped nuts and mango cubes.

Adjust milk and mango pulp as per your preferred taste.Once you take the oats jar from the fridge, you can let it sit on the counter for 10-15 minutes to take the chill off.On busy mornings or when you are short of time, mix all the ingredients in a jar and keep it overnight.
