Mango Lassi is one of the favourite beverages in India during summer which is also a mango season. This popular and refreshing Lassi is a smooth, thick and delicious blend of mango pulp and yogurt with a touch of cardamom.
Add mango pulp, yogurt, cardamom powder,sugar and milk in blender.
½ Cup Mango Pulp, 1 Cup Plain Yogurt, 3 Tablespoons Sugar, ¼ Teaspoon Cardamom Powder (Optional), ¼ Cup Milk
Blend until smooth. Refregirate lassi for couple of hours.
Pour refreshing mango lassi in glasses, add icecubes and garnish with sliced almonds.
½ Teaspoon Almond (Optional)
Chilled mango lassi is ready to serve.
Notes
Add little milk while blending for a slightly thin consistency.Adjust sugar based on the sweetness of the mango pulp.Cardamom powder enhances the flavour.
