Notes
Vegetables: Wash and dry vegetables before chopping/grating to prevent a soggy sandwich.Chilled sandwich: Keep the sandwich in the fridge until ready to pack in the lunchbox.Wrap: Make sure to wrap the sandwich tightly in parchment paper or foil before packing it in lunchbox.Salt: We didn't add any salt as garlic herb cheese spread already contains it. I would suggest checking the ingredients list on the package and adding salt only if cheese spread is salt free.Pepper: Skip it if you are making this sandwich for toddlers or for kids who are sensitive to spices.** Nutritional information provided here is estimated and for guidance only.
