Notes
Rinse Beans: As the liquid in canned beans usually contains added salt, it's best to rinse the beans well after draining to remove any residual salt.Toss: Ensure to toss beans in tahini seasoning gently to prevent them from breaking apart.Dry Beans: Dry butter beans thoroughly before tossing with tahini seasoning, as it helps coat evenly and crisp up.Single Layer: Arrange spiced butter beans on a lined baking tray in a single layer to help roast well and achieve a crispy texture.Avoid Overcrowding: If you are planning a large quantity, either divide beans across two trays or roast them in multiple batches. Avoid overcrowding the tray, as the beans tend to steam rather than roast, resulting in a soggy instead of crispy texture.** Nutritional information provided here is estimated and for guidance only.
