Stir well with a spoon until everything is well combined.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Using a tablespoon, scoop out a portion of the chocolate superseed mixture, place it on a lined sheet.
Gently press it with the back of spoon to flatten.
Sprinkle each bite with a mix of chopped almonds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds.
Put the tray in the fridge for 30 minutes or until the bites harden.
