Notes
Water: Do not add water, as yogurt acts as a binding agent and is enough to combine and hold all the ingredients together.Spicy: Adjust chilli powder and green chillies to your preferred spice levels.Shred bread: Instead of using a blender, you can tear the bread into small pieces by hand.Bread: Both fresh and leftover bread work well for this recipe.Fresh dough: Avoid preparing dough in advance or letting it rest for too long. Yogurt and onion release moisture over time, which can cause vadas to break while frying. It's best to mix the dough and fry vadas immediately.** Nutritional information provided here is estimated and for guidance only. Please refer myRecipe Disclaimerfor more details.
