Wash grapes, remove stems and blend them in a blender or juicer.
500 gms Seedless Black Grapes
Place the fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth over a deep-bottomed bowl.
Pour the juice over the strainer/cheesecloth to remove the skin.
Pour grape juice into a saucepan. Add maple syrup, agar agar and mix well with a spoon until well combined.
2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup, 2 Teaspoons Agar Agar Powder
Switch the heat on and boil over medium heat until agar agar fully dissolves and the mixture becomes smooth.
Switch the heat off once the mixture thickens slightly.
Let the child pour the mixture into the silicone mould.
Set the mould side for 2-3 hours until the gummies are fully set.
