Notes
Use Rolled Oats: Use rolled oats also known as old fashioned oats for making granola as they provide a great texture and absorb flavours effectively.Even Coating: Make sure the wet ingredients thoroughly coat the dry mixture. Mix well to ensure everything is evenly combined.Low and Slow Baking: Bake your granola at a lower temperature (around 290°F or 140°C) and for a longer time. This prevents burning and allows flavours to develop gradually.Use Parchment Paper or Silicone Mat: Line your baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to prevent sticking and for easier cleanup.Avoid Light and Heat: Keep your granola in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Exposure to heat and light can cause the granola to spoil more quickly.** Nutritional information provided here is estimated and for guidance only. Please refer myRecipe Disclaimerfor more details.
