Notes
A cheesecloth can also be used instead of a strainer. Extract as much liquid as possible from grated zucchini by placing it in a cheesecloth and squeezing. Place the fritters in the basket in a single layer with enough space between each one to cook them properly. Cook them in batches if required, rather than overloading the basket. To ensure the zucchini fritters are well-fried, don't forget to remove the basket and flip them halfway through cooking. Make cleaning less of a hassle by lining the air fryer with baking sheet or parchment paper. For frying fritters uniformly, shaping them into the same size is necessary. The cooking duration for the fritters depends on their thickness. The thin fritters cook quicker than thick ones and get crispy faster.Keep an eye on the cooking time of later batches, as they will likely cook faster due to the preheated air fryer.** Nutritional information provided here is estimated and for guidance only. Please refer myRecipe Disclaimerfor more details.
