- 1 Banana roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup Oats
- 1 tbsp Coconut sugar
- 1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Milk
For the vegan version, substitute plant-based milk such as coconut milk, almond milk for dairy milk.
Adjust milk based on required consistency.
You can replace the coconut sugar with maple syrup, honey, jaggery or any healthy sweetener.
