Strawberry yogurt bark is a fun and interesting snack for kids to make, healthy and ideal food to enjoy as an after school snack or as dessert after meals.
Spread out the yogurt mixture on a parchment lined tray.
Spoon little dollops of strawberry sauce all over the yogurt.
3 Tablespoon Strawberry sauce
Swirl the sauce with a small wooden skewers/toothpick all over.
Top it with remaining strawberries and almonds.
6 Almonds, 5 Strawberries
Freeze for 3-4 hours or until firm.
Remove from freezer, leave for few minutes before cutting into squares.
Enjoy the fruity, tasty strawberry yogurt bark.
Notes
Depending on thickness, the bark starts to melt 15 minutes after removing from the freezer.These yogurt barks freeze solid.
