Instructions
Preheat oven to 175C (350F).
Place almonds in a bowl. Pour oil and toss until almonds are well coated.
½ Cup Almonds, 1 Teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Combine salt, chilli powder and oregano in a small bowl.
Salt, ½ Teaspoon Chilli Powder, ¼ Teaspoon Oregano
Toss until almonds are well coated with seasoning.
Transfer seasoned nuts to a lined baking sheet.
Put the baking sheet in the oven and roast for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through roasting.
Let the spicy almonds cool completely and store it in a clean glass jar.
Enjoy it as an evening snack with a cup of drink of your choice
