In a mixing bowl, place oat flour, pumpkin puree, peanut butter, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, ground dry ginger and pumpkin seeds.
1 Cup (or) 135 gms Oat Flour, ⅓ Cup (or) 95 gms Pumpkin Puree, ¼ Cup (or) 70 gms Maple Syrup, ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon (Cinnamon Powder), ½ Teaspoon Ground Dry Ginger (Dry Ginger Powder), 2 Tablespoons (or) 25 gms Pumpkin Seeds, ⅓ Cup (or) 65 gms Peanut Butter
Mix with a spoon until everything is well combined and comes together as a dough.
Grease your palms with oil.
Scoop out a portion of the mixture with a spoon.
Place the mixture on your palm and shape it into a ball.
Place it on a baking sheet or a plate. Continue the same process of shaping the remaining mixture into balls.
Notes
