Iced London fog tea latte is a fabulous drink perfect to enjoy on warm summer days. London fog tea is basically a strongly brewed earl grey tea combined with vanilla extract, sweetener and chilled foamy milk.
Put tea bags in a jug/teapot, add boiling water from the kettle and close the jug/teapot with a lid.
1 ½ Cups Hot Water, 2 Earl Grey Tea Bags
Steep for 2-3 minutes or a little more for a strong brew.
Remove the tea bags from the jug/teapot and allow the tea to cool down to room temperature.
Froth the chilled milk in a small jug with a handheld milk frother.
½ Cup Milk
Froth for around a minute or until milk is foamy.
In a serving glass, put a handful of ice cubes.

Now add the vanilla extract and maple syrup.
1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup, ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Pour prepared tea.
Finally, add foamy milk. Stir until well combined.
Enjoy a delicious iced London fog tea latte.
Notes
Use large highball glasses or a mason jar to make the iced tea as the ice cubes occupy most of the space leaving less room for tea.Ensure to allow the brewed tea to cool down completely before making an iced tea. Remember you are making iced tea, not hot tea. Ice cubes would cool the tea down, however, the end result might not be super chilled with hot tea.Use chilled milk.
