Take the dark chocolate and break it into pieces. Put the chunks into a microwave safe bowl.
100 gms Dark chocolate bar
Place the bowl in the microwave and heat it on high for 1 minute, stopping every 20 seconds to check.
Stir the chocolate every 20 seconds with a spoon.
Combine almonds with melted chocolate sauce and stir until they are coated.
75 gms Raw almonds
On a large baking sheet lined with aluminium foil or parchment paper or greaseproof paper, place a spoonful of chocolate coated almonds.
Repeat the process with the remaining mixture. Make sure to leave enough space between each spoonful on a lined baking sheet to prevent sticking.
Sprinkle sea salt over the almond clusters.
Coarse salt
Keep the baking sheet in the fridge for at least 15-30 minutes until the chocolate coating becomes firm.
