Do not boil coconut milk just heat until it's warm.
Agar agar must dissolve completely before adding coconut milk
Dissolve agar agar in water, combine coconut milk, sugar and heat until warm
Fill half of serving glasses with coconut mixture and let it set for an hour
In a chilled bowl, whip cream and sugar with an electric whisk until soft peaks
Fill the remaining half jar with the whipped cream and keep in fridge to set
Finally top each mousse jar with toppings - toasted coconut, raspberries, blueberries, chocolate chips
