1 cup =250ml ; 1 tablespoon =15ml ; 1 teaspoon = 5ml
- ½ cup Peanut Butter
- 3 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 3 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 3 Tablespoon Honey
- 2 Tablespoon Chilli Sauce
- ½ teaspoon Ginger finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Lime Juice (half lime)

In a bowl, add peanut butter, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, chilli sauce, lime juice, vinegar, sesame oil, honey.
Whisk until all the ingredients are well combined.
Enjoy delicious peanut dipping sauce and store the remaining sauce in an airtight container in fridge.
Salt is not required in this recipe as most of the ingredients contain salt.
Chilli sauce could be replaced with chilli flakes if you have it on hand.
Consider adding water if you find it difficult to whisk or to get a pourable consistency.
Adjust chilli sauce to suit your taste. Skip it if you don't want to add any spicy touch to this Asian peanut sauce.
