Sparkling Mango Lemonade
Mango Lemonade - refreshing, bubbly, super coolant tropical summer drink that is incredibly easy to make and gets ready in just 5 minutes. Sparkling lemonade made with fresh lemon juice and mango is a perfect mango drink to enjoy on hot summer days.

1 Cup = 250ml ; 1 Tablespoon =15ml ; 1 Teaspoon =5ml
- 2 cups (or) 325 gm Frozen Mango
- 2 Teaspoons Sugar adjust to your taste
- ¼ cup (or) juice from 2 lemons Lemon Juice adjust to your taste
- 2 cups Sparkling Water
In a high powered blender combine all the ingredients and blitz until smooth and thick.
2 cups (or) 325 gm Frozen Mango, 2 Teaspoons Sugar, ¼ cup (or) juice from 2 lemons Lemon Juice, 2 cups Sparkling Water
Divide lemonade into three glasses and serve immediately.
Use high powered blender as an ordinary blender is likely not powerful enough to blend frozen fruits and that can cause blades to brake. Alternatively, you can partially thaw the frozen fruit so that an ordinary blender can blitz and ensure you get smooth and refreshing mango lemonade.
Adjust sugar and lemon juice based on your taste preference. You can leave out the sugar if a mango is sweet enough.
You can swap plain water for sparkling if you don't like fizzy lemonade.
