  • ½ cup Oats
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Mango Pulp
  • few Almonds chopped
  • few Raisins
  • few Cashews chopped

  • Combine oats, milk, vanilla extract and ground cinnamon in a jar, mix well, close the lid and store in the fridge overnight.
  • Next morning or whenever you plan to eat it, take the jar out of the fridge.
  • To assemble, place the spoonful of soaked oats at the bottom of glass or bowl.
  • Spread the mango pulp as the second layer.
  • Make the layers with soaked oats and mango pulp until the top of the glass.
  • Top up the last layer with chopped almonds and raisins.

Adjust milk and mango pulp as per your preferred taste.
Once you take the oats jar from the fridge, you can let it sit on the counter for 10-15 minutes to take the chill off.
On busy mornings or when you are short of time, mix all the ingredients in a jar and keep it overnight. Next morning grab the jar and enjoy your breakfast on the go.
