Yogurt Granola Parfait

Yogurt Granola Parfait – a super easy, simple and incredibly delicious snack made with yogurt, granola and fresh fruits. These parfait recipes can be made in about 5 minutes or less and it’s a great option as a snack or light breakfast.

1 cup = 150ml ; 1 tablespoon = 15ml

  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • ½ cup Granola
  • 1 small Apple chopped
  • handful Black Grapes
  • 1 large Banana chopped
  • handful Pomegranate


  • Place yogurt at the bottom of glass, add granola as second layer and top with chopped fruits.
  • Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used up or until the glass is full.
  • On top of final granola layer drizzle some honey and top with rest of the fruits.
  • Serve parfait immediately!



This recipe has no fixed measurements, add ingredients to suit your taste buds.
You could substitute honey with maple syrup, coconut sugar, brown sugar or any healthy sweetener as per your requirement.
Do not let parfait to sit long as the granola tends to become soggy. Assemble parfait just before you serve to keep granola crunchy.
