Ingredients

1 Cup = 250ml ; 1 Tablespoon = 15ml ; 1 Teaspoon = 5ml

  • 1 cup Frozen Pineapple chunks
  • 1 Banana peeled and chopped
  • 1.5 cups Almond Milk
  • 1 cup Mango peeled and chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple syrup

Instructions

  • Place frozen pineapple chunks, mango chunks, banana and maple syrup and almond milk in a blender.
    1 cup Frozen Pineapple chunks, 1 Banana, 1.5 cups Almond Milk, 1 cup Mango, 1 Tablespoon Maple syrup
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Divide mango banana pineapple smoothie equally into 2 glasses and enjoy.

Notes

Try not to add ice cubes as it thins down the smoothie, instead chill in the fridge before serving. I've used frozen pineapple to get the right consistency and chilled smoothie without adding ice cubes.
You may substitute maple syrup with honey, coconut sugar or any healthy sweeteners.
You can substitute almond milk with any plant-based milk.
