1 Cup = 250ml ; 1 Tablespoon = 15ml ; 1 Teaspoon = 5ml

In a mixing bowl place all the ingredients and stir until well combined.
1 Cup Full fat plain yogurt, 1 Tablespoon Honey, ¼ Teaspoon Ground cinnamon, ½ Teaspoon Vanilla extract
Cover the bowl and keep it in the fridge to chill (optional)
Serve fruit dip with choice of fruits for dipping.
Adjust honey as per your required sweetness.
Feel free to swap coconut sugar, maple syrup or any healthy sweetener for honey.
