Fruit dip is an easy and quick 4 ingredients recipe that is perfect dipping sauce for fruits such as apple, peach, orange, strawberries.

Ingredients

1 Cup = 250ml ; 1 Tablespoon = 15ml ; 1 Teaspoon = 5ml

Instructions

  • Before you get started, scroll up a little and watch a quick recipe video.
  • In a mixing bowl place all the ingredients and stir until well combined.
    1 Cup Full fat plain yogurt, 1 Tablespoon Honey, ¼ Teaspoon Ground cinnamon, ½ Teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • Cover the bowl and keep it in the fridge to chill (optional)
  • Serve fruit dip with choice of fruits for dipping.

Notes

Adjust honey as per your required sweetness.
Feel free to swap coconut sugar, maple syrup or any healthy sweetener for honey.
