Heat oil in a skillet on medium heat, add cumin and let it crackle.
Add red chillies and saute for few seconds until it is aromatic.
Now add carrots followed by beans and green peas, saute and cook for 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Add turmeric, chilli powder, salt and mix well.
Now add oats and saute for a minute.
Add water, mix well and cook for 5 minutes or until water is almost absorbed by oats and you get desired consistency.
Finally, add coriander and turn off the heat.
Enjoy hot and delicious savoury oats.
