1 cup = 250ml ; 1 tbsp = 15ml

  • 2 cups Chilled natural yogurt
  • 1/3 cup Chilled Milk
  • 1/2 cup Rose syrup
  • 1 tsp Cardamom seeds optional
  • 1 tsp Pistachios chopped
  • 1 tsp Almonds chopped
  • few Edible dried rose petals

  • Place yogurt, milk, rose syrup and cardamom in a blender.
  • Blend until lassi becomes smooth and frothy.
  • Pour lassi in glasses, garnish with dry fruits (pistachios, almonds) and dried rose petals.
  • Serve refreshing, fragrant and delicious rose lassi.

Adjust milk while blending depending on your required consistency.
Add little more milk to get slightly thin consistency.
You could use store-bought rose syrup such as rooh-afza if you don't have enough time to make rose syrup at home.
Keep lassi in refrigerator if you wish to serve later. You can store lassi upto 2 days in refrigerator.
As I have used homemade rose syrup(didn't add any artificial food colouring) the lassi has turned light pink, lassi might turn bright and vibrant pink with store bought rose syrup as it contains artificial food colouring.
