Fresh Watermelon Juice (3 Flavours)
Refreshing and hydrating fresh watermelon juice is incredibly easy to make at home. It's a perfect thirst quencher on hot summer days.

1 Cup = 250ml ; 1 Tablespoon = 15ml ; 1 Teaspoon = 5ml
Watermelon Ginger Juice
- 5 cups (or) 700 gms Watermelon
- 1 inch (or) 6 gms Ginger washed, peeled and chopped roughly
- Lemon Juice from half a lime
Watermelon Mint Juice
- 5 cups (or) 700 gms Watermelon
- ¼ cup (or) 6 gms Mint Leaves
- Salt as required
- ½ Teaspoon Crushed Black Pepper adjust to taste
Spicy Watermelon Juice
- 5 cups (or) 700 gms Watermelon
- ½ Teaspoon Cumin powder
- ½ Teaspoon Crushed Black Pepper adjust to taste
- ½ Teaspoon Chat Masala
- Salt as required
Watermelon Ginger Juice
For watermelon ginger juice, put the watermelon, ginger and lemon juice in a blender and blitz until liquid.
5 cups (or) 700 gms Watermelon, 1 inch (or) 6 gms Ginger, Lemon Juice
Pour the juice into a glass directly if you like it pulpy or pass it through the strainer to remove the pulp and any seeds.
Enjoy the sweet and zingy watermelon ginger juice.
Watermelon Mint Juice
Add the watermelon, pepper, salt and mint leaves to the blender and blitz for a couple of minutes or until liquid.
¼ cup (or) 6 gms Mint Leaves, Salt, ½ Teaspoon Crushed Black Pepper, 5 cups (or) 700 gms Watermelon
Either filter through the strainer or divide it into glasses.
Refreshing mint-flavoured watermelon juice is ready to enjoy.
Spicy Watermelon Juice
Add the watermelon, cumin powder, crushed pepper, chat masala and salt to a blender.
5 cups (or) 700 gms Watermelon, ½ Teaspoon Cumin powder, ½ Teaspoon Chat Masala, Salt, ½ Teaspoon Crushed Black Pepper
Blitz for a couple of minutes until liquid.
Either pour the pulpy juice into the glass or pass it through the strainer to remove the pulp.
Enjoy sweet and spicy watermelon juice.
Try using seedless watermelon to speed up the process.
If using watermelon with seeds, then cut it in half lengthwise and cut each half into thin slices. Remove black seeds using a knife or fork. It's not necessary to remove white seeds.
To minimise the mess use an extra large chopping board to cut watermelon. Due to the high water content of the watermelon, It's even better to place a big tray under the chopping board to catch the drip while cutting.
